Return and Exchange Policy

1. Scope of Application

We accept returns and exchanges within 12 hours of delivery for products damaged due to shipping errors or manufacturing defects.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Processing Time: Returns or exchanges will be processed within 7 days from the date of the request.

  • Packaging Requirements: Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

  • Limitation: Each product is eligible for a one-time exchange.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Products beyond the allowed return period, or those not affected by shipping/manufacturing defects, are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Procedures for Goods Not Yet Delivered

For orders that have not yet been dispatched, customers may contact their assigned sales consultant to negotiate an exchange for a different item.

4. Procedures for Delivered Goods

A. Defective Products

  • Verification: Upon delivery, please verify that the product matches your order, specifications, and requirements. If a manufacturing or shipping defect is identified, you may request an exchange for a new product. In such cases, all associated costs will be covered by the company.

  • Customer Responsibility: The supplier is not responsible for exchanges if the product defect is caused by the customer.

  • Discretionary Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for reasons other than defects, you will be responsible for additional costs and return shipping fees. Any price difference between the new product and the original product will be subject to negotiation between the customer and the sales consultant.

B. Non-Defective Products

If you wish to exchange a product after delivery simply due to preference, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must remain in its original box, sealed, and in its original condition.

  • The policy excludes custom-made or specialized products (made-to-order based on customer requirements).

  • The customer is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping fees.
